2 week spring break vacation!

Okay so I have two weeks off for spring break, and I haven't been working out ! But I want this week to be a head start, starting off with an intermediate-intense workout and then get into a normal routine!

If anyone has a really good workout routine for me that they have tried,
btw Unfortuneatly I dont have acces to a gym or able to run long distance besides my backyard ,
So if there is any workout that you know of please tell me
Im hoping to lose at least 1-5 pounds!
