I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago today and I weighed 11 stone 10 (164 pounds) since then ive been eating healthier and exercising a bit and signed up to here 5 days ago. Just had my first weigh in and ive lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks!!! OMG! I am really happy as I only expected to loose between 4 and 8 pounds for 2 weeks.
I've read oline that for a 45 min aqua class i should burn between 400-500 calories is this right? :) thanks x
