Need help with exercise plan
Hi I started MFP 8 days ago and have been dieting for 2 weeks. I am currently doing the 30 day shred 6 days a week (1 rest day) and will be going to aqua aerobics twice a week and swimming for 2 hours a week. Weigh in update
I went to the doctors 2 weeks ago today and I weighed 11 stone 10 (164 pounds) since then ive been eating healthier and exercising a bit and signed up to here 5 days ago. Just had my first weigh in and ive lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks!!! OMG! I am really happy as I only expected to loose between 4 and 8 pounds for 2 weeks.

I've read oline that for a 45 min aqua class i should burn between 400-500 calories is this right? :) thanks x

Road trip food ideas
Hi I am going on a road trip/day trip which will probably last around 8 hours all together so I need ideas for food that travels well. I am going to take fruit, nuts and raisins as snacks but not sure what to take to eat? My daily allowance is 1200 thanks

I am just doing my meal planner for the week and was just wondering if I should have anything else with my smoothie on a morning? Ive read that having a large breakfast and small lunch dinners with a couple of snacks is much better. I find that I get extremely bloated and full with porridge very quickly and then im hungry…
