So my doctor told me my bmi is about 25 which is the very top number for my height weight yada yada (I'm 27 5'4.5 and like 147lbs) So I roughly measured my neck waist and hips as best I could at work lol and figured I'm about 29-30% body fat (does that seem right??) EXCERSIZE CALORIE AFTER BURN...
Just wondering; if I do a workout that says it has a 200 calorie after burn, should I add that into my excersize diary for my calories I've burned and then increase my calorie intake? Or....no? Thank you!

FIBER IN FOOD DIARY
Ok so I'm just wondering why there is no fiber counter in the food diary?? Is there a way to write to someone to see about adding this?? Fiber is really important in a diet, especially when trying to lose weight so I don't understand why mfp wouldn't include it. Thanks! :flowerforyou:
