Nutrition advice for my 5k
So I'm running my first 5k in May. I've never in my life been a runner so I don't know too much. What is good to eat the night before my run and also the next day? I'm running 3 times a week now to get ready for it. What do you suggest? I don't like how I feel after I eat heavy food with carbs.

My goal is to start running. I don't even know where to start, I've never been a runner. When I was young I couldn't even run at school because I would get over heated. Getting some support
I'm new to this after having our first baby so I need a good group of people to do this with. My husband supports me so much but doesn't really have to lose weight. It's good to talk to others that are going through the same things.
