How to work out your deficit
Ok so I've heard you need a deficit if at least 7000to loose one kilo so how do I work out that out ;) Thanks

Ive just changed some setting around and it's telling me I need to eat 1500 cals a day. Problem is I'm struggling to eat 1000 a day. I refuse to eat after 7. So i guess my question is what can I eat to help boost my calories
