Garlic Mashed...Cauliflower!(?)
If you love garlic mashed potatoes try this. Steam 1cup of cauliflower, cut small for easy mashing, mix with one wedge of laughing cow swiss, (light of course) and sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and a pinch of garlic salt. Amazing at 63 calories, and its a whole cup! It goes good with chicken, fish, or beef.
