I'm thinking of getting a yonana machine. But is it really as great as everyone says? Would I be able to add things that aren't frozen fruit such as choc chips, peanut butter, or protein powder? Or would that mess up the machine? Thanks in advance!

need new friends!
I need some new friends on here. A lot of mine have given up. I still have 45 lbs left to lose so I'm not giving up anytime soon. I started eating at TDEE-20% so I would like some friends that eat like that. I'm kinda tired of looking at my friends' diaries and they eat 700 calories for the day.

TDEE math question...
I'm a little confused. I've been trying to eat at my TDEE- 20%. My TDEE is 2634. Since TDEE already has exercise added in there, I shouldn't be eating back my exercise calories should I?
