I just had my twins girls 2 weeks ago. They were 8 weeks early, so they're still in the hospital. I'm pumping for them and I nurse them when I'm up at the hospital. I know it's too early for me to be thinking about working out, but I seriously can't wait to get back in the gym. Have you figured out about how many calories…

Any of you can add me if you would like. I'm still pregnant with my twin girls. About 27 weeks along. I haven't been doing very well about getting on this site lately, but I'm trying to get better. Once they're born I hope to be on ALOT more often. I already can't wait to get back to the gym.

I'm Lindsie and I'm from Kansas. I actually just found out on Monday that I'm pregnant with twins so I'm not trying to lose, but I need to try and stay as healthy as possible so I'm here for support. I lost close to 50 lbs a year before we decided to try for a baby, then suprise! that baby ended up being two! From what…

I just found out on Monday I will be having twins. I'm about 11.5 weeks. I've been walking, I try to walk for about an hour on the treadmill at least 4-5 days per week. My dr told me to read a book called When you're expecting Twins, Triplets, or Quads by Dr. Luke. It says by week 12 I should have gained at least 9 lbs but…

I'm due with my 1st on Aug. 15th! My dr. told me to make sure my heart rate stays under 140 during exercise. It's driving me crazy, I can hardly even do the elliptical and keep it under that. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do to stay fit? I get so bored with walking

From what I have seen, they are not reimbursed. My insurance covers a double electric but only if I go through a medical supply. If it's purchased retail then you're just out of luck. Mine also covers the cost of a rental from the hospital until it arrives from the supply company!

I've lost 40 something already but have 59 more to go.

I'm in. I've definately been lacking on motivation lately. Maybe a challenge will help.

amandaash980- Those are some amazing results. How much have you been eating? Do you follow the meal plan that comes with it?

I'm planning on starting on the 29th. Would start sooner but I'm on vacation next week. I'm scared of how hard it'll be but I am so determined to lose 15 more lbs. I really have about 45 more to lose but 15 is my next big goal and I have a huge reward waiting for me once I get there!!

I got my machine and tried it for the first time last night. I did 2 frozen bananas and some PB2 (powdered peanut butter) I added the pb2 afterwards since I'm afraid about breaking the machine. Just stirred it all together and it was amazing!! I loved it so much that I've decided to invest in a deep freeze for more room…

Every year Torrid- a plus size store- has a modelling contest. I bet if you google it or live near a store you could find out.

Go with Toyota. The dart is tiny. I have a charger and I LOVE it so I would say get a charger, but the gas mileage isn't exactly the best lol

I just got to 191 lbs today and I'm on week 5 of c25k. I love it. Starting out was realy hard, but you'll get the hang of it.

Think about it like this..right now I am 45 lbs away from my goal weight so it's like I'm constantly carrying around a 45 lb bag of potatoes. Carrying around that bag is hard work so it's going to burn more calories. It takes more calories to move a bigger body.

i did the math. Your TDEE at little exercise is 2017. I base mine off that number and then add in exercise since sometimes I exercise more than others. So to lose 1 lb per week you need to eat 2017-20%=1613. Then add in your exercise and eat most of those calories as well.

use this http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/ to find out your real tdee

I've been stuck at the same as you. I workout 2 hrs a day 5 days a week, one rest day, and 1 hr the other day. I've gotten to the point where I ignore the scale. I know what I'm doing is changing me. I'm growing stronger and healthier. It would be nice to lose the weight though. If you figure out the trick, let me know!

I'm on week 4 day 2! Add me!

I've lost 60, but I have about 45 more. Anyone can add me if they'd like!

Actually I'm 20 lbs away from my next goal. My big goal is still 45 lbs away. So with that much more to lose should I slow down or still go for 2 per week?

I used to do her videos quite often and I always used low impact aerobics. A couple months ago I got a HRM and tried it with the her video and it turned out the number of calories burned that mfp gave me was really close to what the HRM said.
