Pre logging ahead to plan out day.
I have been pre-logging my day to help me stay on track and its been great so far. I don't do it everyday, but i believe this helps me plan out my day and sort of time out my meals to be spread out every few hours. I feel it also helps me get the macros right where i want them. How long to rest between sets of wide grip pull ups?
I like to do wide grip pull ups and i usually can get a better set if i rest about a minute and a half instead of just one minute. Whats the best for building muscle and or the amount i can do? Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated.
