Weighted Vest

Has anyone here on MFP used one and how would you track calories burned while wearing one? Is there a way to acurately track calories burned in a weighted vest workout? I just ordered a 40lb vest and was also wondering if anyone has used these to tone up while cutting bodyfat? Im not thinking of going on long runs, but more like long brisk walks, up hill sprints, stair climbing, push/pull ups, and maybe burpees/mountain climbers.I still plan on running miles, but not with the vest. Anyone who has one and can share oppinions or comments would be appreciated. Also if you do run distance, how far and what was your time improved by?
