Working From Home - Let's Support Each Other!
I work from home at my dining room table. Literally 8 steps from my refrigerator! I'm pretty good at sticking with healthy meals, but snacking KILLS ME. I would love to find folks who are in a similar position to support each other. I'm trying to lose 30-40 lbs.

Anyone have a good source (website, cookbook, etc.) of easy recipes that include nutrition info? I eat mostly vegetarian and prefer really simple recipes. Thanks!!

Logging/calories for YOGA?
I take an hour-long yoga class 3x/week. It is HARD - we are holding hard poses for extended periods of time. My heart rate gets up, I sweat, and I am really sore for 2-3 days afterwards. I have two questions - Should I log this as cardio or strength? MFP rates it as 194 calories. Does that seem right for an hour of yoga?…

Notifications on website?
I work on the computer most of the day (hello, sedentary lifestyle!), and I would love to get notifications of comments, new threads, etc., on the website without having my email box fill up. Is there a way to do this?
