Logging/calories for YOGA?

I take an hour-long yoga class 3x/week. It is HARD - we are holding hard poses for extended periods of time. My heart rate gets up, I sweat, and I am really sore for 2-3 days afterwards. I have two questions -
Should I log this as cardio or strength?
MFP rates it as 194 calories. Does that seem right for an hour of yoga?
Thanks everyone!

It sounds low for an hour of yoga - but if you are holding poses as opposed to flowing from one pose to another and keeping moving then the calorie burn could be accurate. Bear in mind if your heartrate is up because you are holding static isometric poses your HRM is not calculating aerobic exercise and so is going to be innacurate.
You log it under Cardio so the program gives you the estimated calorie burn. Yoga is under "Stretching, Hatha Yoga", or you can create your own record.
If you log it under the Strength heading, that is for your own notes; it doesn't a calorie reading to your Food page.0
