McD habit: must I squash it?
Lately, for completely unexplained reasons, I've been hitting McD 2-3 times a week for lunch. How important is water for weight loss?
I understand drinking lots of water is healthy, it's good to be hydrated, and keep the bowels moving along and everything. My question (since I am pretty terrible at drinking water regularly), what is it's function in trying to lose weight? How important is it?

Does 1 bad day cance 5 good ones?
Suppose you are trying to lose weight slowly, so you're only eating a 100-200 calorie deficit. My question is, if I stay at my calorie goal for 5 days in a row, but have a bad day on the 6th and eat ~250 over that day, is that breaking even in terms of weight loss?
