Had a bad day!
Was really naughty last night and had quite a lot of wine and then an indian takeaway! had too much wine to make a healthy choice and went for a tikka masala!!! Hello, wondering if anyone can give me any advice about protein..? When I log my food diary it is saying that I am going over my protein each day by 10 sometimes 20, is this a bad thing..
