My new motto~one pound at a time. I get very discouraged when the scale doesn”t go down and usually end up giving up. Not this time though I have to prove to myself that I can do this even if it is ONLY one pound at a time! Good luck everyone and I hope you all become "losers' (and I mean that in a good way)
