Starting T25!
Hello all! I just did my first day of T25 and wanting to see if anyone else was currently doing it. Need some extra push! Especially for tomorrow… my legs are already hurting after just the first day :grumble: ! If you are currently, already did the program, or thinking about doing it add me and help!! :smile:

Can’t stay motivated!
HELP!! I lost 10lbs before Thanksgiving and gained 5 lbs back after the holidays. I tried to do T25 but got lazy after week 2. I LOVE running but it’s too cold now… excuse after excuse. So… now I am trying to do it again but stick to it. The friends I have on MFP now are great buutttt I need some who can give me food ideas…

Cravings!!
HELP!! Ive fallen off my diet for about a week now. One cheat day turned into a cheat week. I have NO idea what to do with my cravings. I want chocolate, salt, grease… everything I shouldn’t have. It doesn’t help that I cook different meals for my husband then mine. Making him a pizza while im eating a chicken breast....…

Cant eat on Advocare....
This is my 3rd day on advocare and im never hungry. To the point where the though of eating makes me sick. Ill have my fiber drink and spark in the morning with the 3 C-pills but no breakfast. Ill skip the snak before lunch. At lunch i have to force a can of tuna down. Have my spark and 3 C-pills 30 mins before after noon…
