Logging food in MFP versus fitbit app
Maybe this is a silly question, but fitbit allows you to log food into its app that looks similar to what MFP does. What is the advantage of using MFP to log food while using a fitbit over doing it all in the fitbit app?

Can you "bank" calories?
Hi! Will you still lose the desired amount of weight if you go under your calorie intake and use the extra another day later in the week in order to eat a big meal?

Can you bank calories?
Would it work if you, say, are 400 calories under your limit and save that for the next day to go 400 calories over your calorie limit? Or would it not work if you do it that way? I would think as long as your weekly calories add up to what it should be, this diet would work. What do you think?
