new in group :) question about calories
Hello everyone, I am a mom of 2 children, 5 year old girl and 6 month old boy. I am still breastfeeding, and I am trying to find information on how my calorie intake should be. shouldn't I need to add a bit more since I am breastfeeding. Hope you have answers for me :)
