Eating enough Potassium
How does everybody eat enough K per day?? I try to eat healthy food, but each day it says I consume none of my daily 3,500mg K requirement Worrying, since under and over eating K can lead to heart attacks... Anyone got any good, low calorie foods, high in Potassium?? ty =] xx
