How does everybody eat enough K per day??
I try to eat healthy food, but each day it says I consume none of my daily 3,500mg K requirement
Worrying, since under and over eating K can lead to heart attacks...
Anyone got any good, low calorie foods, high in Potassium??

You're probably fine. Potassium doesn't seem to be entered in for many foods on MFP. You could watch your potassium and track it by hand if you are really worried but unless you're have problems with cramping, you're getting enough :-)0
