Food NOT Copying Over????
Anybody else notice when you copy food from yesterday to today, or, when you copy food from a specific date to the current date... NOT all the food copies? RDA Protein... What say you MFP?
If the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), established by the Institute of Medicine, is around 46 grams of protein per day for a woman and around 56 grams per day for a man (0.36 grams protein/per pound of one’s body weight), why does MFP say my daily goal should be 70 grams? COUNTING CALORIES IS NOT AN EXACT SCIENCE...
This is what I have been saying all along... "Calorie count on food labels may be misleading consumers" http://news.msn.com/science-technology/calorie-count-on-food-labels-may-be-misleading-consumers People say "you are eating too few calories, you will go into starvation mode". Sage advice to some... but not all! I think…

"Map My Run" vs. MFP and Daily Caloric Intake
I downloaded the app "map my run" to my phone to track the distance I walk. After putting my stats in the app it suggested my daily caloric intake should be a little over 1000 calories a day... 300 calories less than MFP recommendations. I understand these sites are just for reference, every person is different; but still,…
