Question for those who use tracking apps..
I have a Garmin Forerunner 405cx and whenever I upload my data, it says i burned X amount of calories... and then when I import the same workout to Endomondo, it'll tell me I burned about 1/3 to 1/2 MORE calories... Not understanding why. My settings and weight are the same in both apps...…
