Advice for dinner?
We will fairly often have brown rice or whole grain pasta but I've grown tired of it and have put a bunch of mixed fruit and veggies with some low fat cheese on the side plus a protein of course. What do you all have that's healthy with dinner that keeps you full for a few hours after dinner?

Protein powder advice?
What is the difference between casein and whey protein powder? My husband is trying to gain and I'm trying to lose, I don't to do anything to prevent me from losing the most weight I can at a healthy rate and I just wasn't sure if I should stay away from one of those or if it really matters at all? Weight loss and buying new clothes.
So, I've lost damn near 50 lbs and nothing fits anymore, my question is what did y'all do during your weight loss journey when it comes to clothes, I don't want to be walking around and my jeans just drop to the ground (besides a belt). Any advice is appreciated :)
