Advice for dinner?

We will fairly often have brown rice or whole grain pasta but I've grown tired of it and have put a bunch of mixed
fruit and veggies with some low fat cheese on the side plus a protein of course. What do you all have that's healthy with dinner that keeps you full for a few hours after dinner?

That's what I've been meaning to do but it never fails to skip my mind. Squash, zucchini & mushroom in a tiny bit of olive and sea salt with some pepper is amazing. What does quinoa taste like? I hear people talk about it all the time.0

My wife loves my fajitas and tostadas... shrimp, onion, three colors of bell peppers, garlic, lime juice, cumin, mexican oregano, fresh cracked black pepper and cilantro.
Whole wheat tortillas(La Fortunita from Costco 110 cal.) or two of the tostadas that are 40 cals each...
Rosarita traditional fat free refried beans, avocado slices, pico de gallo (tomato, onion, serrano pepper, cilantro, and lime juice), and nonfat greek yogurt (plain - used instead of sour cream...)
Use seasoned cast iron pan... works very well for dry frying the onions, peppers and then the shrimp it also builds up the arms...
Serving size of one fajita for about 220 calories... One tostada about 100 calories... serve with a side salad of costco mixed salad green half and half with spinach... top the salad with additional pico de gallo0 -
We just had a grilled chicken parmesan ( grilled chicken breast, some pasta sauce and light white cheddar) and baked kale chips.0

I like home made potato wedges from parboiled potatoes, brushed with a little oil and roasted in the oven. A friend of mine also sprinkles over spices like paprika which makes for a delicious alternative to plain wedges.0
