Anyone drive for a living? Whatcha eat?
My husband and I might soon be taking jobs moving cars around the country for fleets/etc. I've been doing really well using MFP, but I'm kind of at a loss as to what I'd do on the road - especially without spending a fortune. So...what do you people who are on the road all the time do not to over-consume?

Need help setting macros
Hopefully the default MFP macros aren't a hard and fast rule, because I'm not working within them very well. My diary is open, but I'm almost always left with carbs and going over on protein and sugar (sometimes fat and fiber as well). Frozen fruit and milk bars?
Just wondering if anyone had ever attempted making frozen fruit/milk bars. I just got a box of Fruttare milk/coconut bars for .50 cents because of coupon stacking and they're delicious, but I don't like some of the extra ingredients in them. A quick Google search didn't turn up much in the way of recipes.

Beggining exercise for morbidly obese?
I'm a 5'2" female whose currently 228lbs, which puts me at the low end of "morbid obesity". I've been active before (9 miles a day cycling on hilly terrain) but it's been a couple of years, and I'm seriously out of shape. I've already improved my diet and lost 16lbs, but want to start exercising with the hope I'll help…
