Need help setting macros

Hopefully the default MFP macros aren't a hard and fast rule, because I'm not working within them very well.
My diary is open, but I'm almost always left with carbs and going over on protein and sugar (sometimes fat and fiber as well).
The sugar is from fruit so I'm not really concerned, just wondering if I should be concerned with the rest of it and if I should bother to change my macros, and if so, what to.
