how do i know if i am eatig to much or to less
i have been dipping between 14st 20z and 13st 110z for about two months now i have lost 3stone through the gym i just carn't go down any further i was 13stone just before christmas but its gone up and i carnt get it to go down i work as gardener and so i am always on the move as well as rideing 10mile a day to and back…
