Keep gaining weight and I dont know why
I only eat between 1200-1300 calories a day, I do cardio about 5-6 days a week at least 30 minutes and I lift 3 days a week. I was down to 125 pounds and now I'm up to 140!! I dont know why, plus most of the weight has puddled in my thighs. Can someone please help me with this? I'm getting frustrated.
