OK, honestly, I've got two toddlers I am running around the house after, all day. Do you think this goes the next level above sedentary? Over on Livestrong I was clocking those hours as burning calories. Here I haven't found that under cardio and I am having a hard time believing my calorie intake max. Thoughts?

Strength Exercises do not count towards calories?
Can someone explain the logic here? Livestrong was accounting for daily activities as simple as driving or Childcare. Just wondering the reasoning?

Jumping ship from Livestrong!
It was bad enough when they screwed up their app in December and wouldn't acknowledge customer dissatisfaction, but I just tried to enter some specific weight lifting exercises on their web based tracker and couldn't get "Overhead Press"! Hope this is a better resource. Any word on integration with the Withings Scale?
