Jumping ship from Livestrong!

It was bad enough when they screwed up their app in December and wouldn't acknowledge customer dissatisfaction, but I just tried to enter some specific weight lifting exercises on their web based tracker and couldn't get "Overhead Press"!
Hope this is a better resource. Any word on integration with the Withings Scale?

    i dont like livestrong..they have a lot of mis-information on that site when it comes to nutrition and exercise.

    I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the "dumbing down" of their app and the failure to address the hundreds of dissatisfied members was a real downer. I am trying to work in a more structured weightlifting regimen with my running and the fitness side of their product just seemed so lacking. I'm in Eastern TZ so I'll start tracking here at midnight. Bit of an OCD thing ;)

    i dont know about aps..but bodybuilding.com is THE source for all things lifting and muscle building..including cardio workouts.

    i only use this site to track my calories and keep me from getting bored at night during my night shift..lol...

    i make my own lifting routine..i use bodybuilding to give me exercise ideas. they have tons of exercises and videos that show you how to do properly do each. there is tons of info on that site too..some broscience, like on here..lots of opinions. but all and all i think they are a good source

    Thanks, I've had a look around that site and does have all sorts of info. My trainer wrote out alternating workouts for me to do in my garage gym. I use RunKeeper for my cardio, and have a Withings scale, but hope this site will allow me to pull everything together for a good "big picture". Plus it'll give my FB friends a break if I wander around here. And we're passed midnight so here I go!
