Cals burn.... ADVICE PLEASE
Hey, im about to start 30 Day Shred just wondering what everybody else classes this as with cals burnt?! ALSO im starting bootcamp tomorrow and no idea what to class that as?! I know with bootcamp its more inches lost to record but would love to know just for my reference what cals i burn through it?! Thanks in advance :D

Ive just joined today, previous weight watchers, lost 3stone, gained half that, now back to finish the job and think a shake up from weight watchers is needed :D My sister recommended this and she has done great only had 2 gains this yr.
