Cals burn.... ADVICE PLEASE

Hey, im about to start 30 Day Shred just wondering what everybody else classes this as with cals burnt?! ALSO im starting bootcamp tomorrow and no idea what to class that as?! I know with bootcamp its more inches lost to record but would love to know just for my reference what cals i burn through it?! Thanks in advance :D

    I use a hrm to track my bootcamp calories, but at 5'2, 150#, I burn about 450 cals/hr in bootcamp.

    surely cals burnt depends on how hard you push yourself,

    why not try using a monitor to record cals burnt, just an idea, good luck

    Yeah, bootcamp is definitely about pushing your limits.. I am routinely referred to as "animal" or "beast." LOL

    sadly i dont have the funds or an option to find a monitor by tomorrow at 6am, LOL hence why i thought i would ask on here, i know it depends on how much you push yourself but was just after a general idea. thanks for the 30ds answer wasnt sure what to class it as LOL
