Graze Boxes????
I have subscribed to receiving two Graze boxes a week for the light version only (lowest calorie) I am doing the Dukan diet too and with that alone lost 2 stone, but I want to know if anyone has been using the graze boxes for luch and if it has helped at all???

Success so far but have to come to a stand still!!
Hi, I have been on the Dukan diet since August and done really well, then slipped at Christmas, but have been trying to lose weight again since the beginning of February....no luck!! Have stagnated at the same weight for over a month and can't seem to go down at all!! ;-(

Graze Box anyone?
I have signed up to recive a bi weekly graze box for lunch to curb my naughty cravings... has anyone found this help with weightloss??
