Personal trainer- Is it worth it?
I'm wondering if anybody has or had a personal trainer? I've got about 60 pounds to lose and I'm wondering if this would be beneficial. I'm thinking I'd like to lose another 20 on my own first, but I just don't know. I have about $200-$300 a month to spend if I choose to do this. Any thoughts or comments would be…

Calories dropping, setting not changed
Can anybody tell me why my calories allowed are dropping? I haven't changed my settings. Yesterday I was allowed 1460, today 1450 and tomorrow only 1210. Any ideas?

Hi Everyone. I'm new to this site and have joined per a tip from one of the trainers at my gym. I've been working out 4-5 days a week for the last 7 weeks for at least 30 minutes per session. I've recuded my caloric intake to no more than 1,500 calories on most days, and try to eat all my fruits and veggies. The problem??…
