How do you keep yourself motivated when you are doing everything right, and you gain? I weigh myself once a week, and I was surprised to see an increase. Would love to hear your thoughts and tips. Thanks in advance, S.

What do you do when you "fall off the wagon"?
I'm new to MFP, and I've already gone over my calorie allowance for the day. I just couldn't resist that one extra slice of pizza. What do you do to get back on track?!? Thank you much!
