Foods to fight PMS
Does anyone know of some foods to help fight PMS syptoms? I always have major fatigue and other serious syptoms that just wipe me out. I've heard there are foods out there to help fight these syptoms, but I can't remember any of them.

Exercise calories
I know this has been asked before but I couldn't find the thread! Grr! How many of you eat back the calories you exercise off? If so do you eat them all back? If not why?

Diet soda
I usually drink 2 diet Dr. Peppers a day. I've heard many things about diet soda, but I don't like the idea of drinking my calories in a regular soda and I don't drink coffee. I do drink at least 64 ounces of water a day on top of the diet soda. I like the diet soda for the caffeine with no calories. What do you do for…

Are there any tall women on here?
I love seeing all the success stories, but I'm also noticing a lot of the women on here are short. (no offense) I'm 5'11" and I'd love to hear from some other tall women. I love being tall and wouldn't trade it for anything! But it would be nice to have some support from other tall women. :)
