Inner Thigh
I have "thunder thighs" and I've really been trying to work my inner thighs a lot (I do upper body and core too so I'm balanced). I do cardio plus squats, high abductors, and leg press but I was hoping someone knew some other exercises I can do to really get rid of the fat on my thighs

I've been doing some research on dieting and I came across a weight loss pill called Green Coffee Ultra. I did some digging and only found good reviews. I was wondering if anyone has tried it and if it worked or not?

i'm not losing anything!!
I've been dieting and exercising (at least 4 days a week) for a couple of weeks now and I cannot seem to lose anything! I'm stuck eating college food, but I have been choosing the lower calorie meals. I have, however, noticed that there is a lot of sodium in everythinggggg is that the problem? Or it is my exercising?

eating more when exercising?...
Hi I'm kinda new at this but I noticed when I added an exercise it gave me more calories I can eat. I feel like this makes sense if I was trying to maintain my weight but I'm trying to lose it. Do this help me lose weight or should I just eat 12000 calories?
