I'm always "over" on my fiber. Is that a bad thing? Can it hinder weight loss? I have about 10lbs to lose and know that those last 10 are the hardest....
Has anyone every used or tried Body By Vi? I am just getting started with it. I'm VERY excited. I do hope that it helps me to lose wieght, but I'm more excited about the health benefits that it claims to have. I will start my 90-day challenge next week! Any advise or input that anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
