I know several people have used tone it up but was wondering if the meal plan is one of those that promotes eating 5-6 "small" meals/day? Also has it been family friendly for anyone?
Has anyone tried Jillian Michaels Body Revolution? I am currently doing it but am wondering how others are logging it in as exercises. Each workout is a little different, but the time is the same, so I do not feel I am getting a good picture of my true calories burn. Thanks
