Tone it up meal plan.

I know several people have used tone it up but was wondering if the meal plan is one of those that promotes eating 5-6 "small" meals/day? Also has it been family friendly for anyone?

The nutrition plan does promote 5 meals a day, but I've honestly found myself a lot fuller with the meals. There's definitely no skimping on them. Especially in the mornings after the protein pancakes, I'm usually full until lunch.
I bought the plan with the idea that my mom and I would both use it because she was looking to lose weight. (I just wanted to eat better.) So far, I've loved every recipe I've tried, and she's loved the ones she's tried, but she's having a harder time committing fully to it. That being said, she's probably the more picky eater of the two of us and is more hesitant to try new foods. I'll try anything once.0
