I've been a MFP member for month and half, log-in food and exercise daily. I do 2(40 mins. Treadmill intervals) 4-5 days week, cook healthy balanced food, keep my calorie allowance on target, however have only lost 2Lbs!!! It's frustrating since I have been so decipline to not cheat and every time I weigh in its same:(…
