Im 23 and went from 135 lbs in july 2015 to 215 at my heaviest. My lowest weight since eating healthier (10.30.17) has been 206 and I fluctuate between that and 209 lbs. My goal weight is 130 lbs but short term 160 :) everyone on my friends list is inactive and it's lonely. I use MFP everyday and would love the support.…

Meeting calories
I would like to lower my carb intake but I feel like when I try, I don't meet my calorie goal. I also have trouble meeting my protein goal so I was goin to pick up some protein powder today to put in my smoothies. Any suggestions?

eating at a calorie deficit to lose weight?
