Im 23 and went from 135 lbs in july 2015 to 215 at my heaviest. My lowest weight since eating healthier (10.30.17) has been 206 and I fluctuate between that and 209 lbs. I would like to lower my carb intake but I feel like when I try, I don't meet my calorie goal. I also have trouble meeting my protein goal so I was goin to pick up some protein powder today to put in my smoothies. Any suggestions?
