okay thank you! maybe i'm just overthinking it, i just don't understand, if i eat 1040 more calories i'm going to go over my macros. i've opened up my diary. i'm just so frustrated. and i definitely don't feel like my body is starving, i feel like i'm going to pop right now!

i'm 5 ft. 1/2 in. and before i had my son i was 114 lbs. i think between that and 128 lbs is normal for my height and i'm only 1/2 in. shorter than you so i think thats a good goal for you (: good luck.!

hi, just wanted to say, i have a hard time with motivation as well. going out to walk by myself seems lonely and i can't always bring my son in the stroller with me. not everyone has cable, but i have comcast and ondemand and they have a whole sports & fitness section so you can work out at home. from kickboxing to walking…
