Hello everyone, I would like to hear from any of you who have been on MFP for a while now and already had to take a vacation, mine starts tomorrow, I don’t want to lose focus, any advises? What do you do when you travel and have to eat out possible no daily exercises and perhaps limited internet to track down the food…
I have not lost a single lbs. in 3 weeks!!! I know I have more weight to lose but it just won't happen, I have been told that I may be in plateau because I have not change my eating and workout routing, I need some insight, anybody please!
