Looking for verification of my TDEE...
I just want to get a double check to make sure my TDEE is correct. I am 6'-2", 200 pounds with an estimated body fat of 19%. I do between 2-3 hours of heavy compound lifts with 2 minute rests, 2 hours of dumbbell circuit training, and about 6-10 miles of extra walking between 3-4 mph per week. I am thinking I land…
