NSV at Red Rocks

Colorado Shooting
Please send your prayers to all of us in Colorado affected by a horrible random act of violence. I know this is weight loss related but everyone here is so supportive and last nights shooting was awful. It's an awful world when you can't even go to a movie without the fear of violence.

Blood Pressure NSV
So I went to my doctor today for a check up. When I was there in May my blood pressure was 130/90. I always told myself that my bp was high because I was nervous. Today when I went in my bp was 110/70. I had her repeat it because I couldn't believe it. I still have 115lbs to lose but I can do this!!!!!!
