Blood Pressure NSV

So I went to my doctor today for a check up. When I was there in May my blood pressure was 130/90. I always told myself that my bp was high because I was nervous. Today when I went in my bp was 110/70. I had her repeat it because I couldn't believe it. I still have 115lbs to lose but I can do this!!!!!!

    Congratulations on the lowered BP! That NSV is probably going to do you better in the long run than any change in your clothing size. Keep up the good work.

    PS...I tell myself the same story about being nervous.
