Where do you see the weightloss?
Where do you see your weight loss? I see the numbers going down, and the measurements too -- but I feel like all the "problem" areas are NOT shrinking -- unless they are and I just look too often :) anyone else experience this?

Breaking the plateau???
Okay, so anyone have any GREAT suggestions for breaking the lovely and dreaded plateau stage? I have upped my calories to around 1100, apparently I wasn't eating enough --- still no change, I am probably just impatient but I need ANY suggestion to kick start the weight loss again :)

I don't think I'm eating enough, but not hungry...
I am 5 weeks into my diet, and have lost 20 lbs. The first 10 I knew would drop fast because of water/etc -- and the rest was pretty steady 2.5-3 a week if not more. All of a sudden this weekend I have plateaued. I do not cheat, not even a little -- I am drinking all my water, meeting my protein and fat intake --- and…
