Running and Insanity?
I just finished day 3 of Insanity and really hope to stick with it! My question is this, is it ok to continue to run 3-4 days a week while doing this program? Or will I over do it? Does anyone else do any other sort of cardio in addition to Insanity? Would love to hear what you think.
