Hello! I just realized that today marks 368 consecutive days of journaling with MyFitnessPal!! I love the accountability it gives me. I’ve maintained a 10 pound weight loss, too. Now I’m ready to tackle the last 10 pounds. Any suggestions on caloric intake? I’ve been doing the loss of .5 per week for a few weeks now but that doesn’t seem to be doing much. I also don’t want to set myself up for failure by not giving myself enough calories. Any advice helps!
